Contacting Acumen
30. I've had some trouble contacting you. When is the best time to call?
Acumen is a small company, so we're not always around to answer the phone. Sometimes we're in the lab and can return phone calls quickly. Other times we're off-site and cannot. We strive to respond quickly to our customers, but sometimes email is the most effective way to contact us. As our company grows, we anticipate adding staff to respond more effectively to our customers. We'd like to thank all of you who have been patient with us as we've grown.
