21. I'm using a data radio to relay my data to a computer. Is there a way to use the SDR as a backup storage device?

This an excellent application for the SDR. The simplest way to accomplish this is to "tee" the Tx line (data output) from your device to both the SDR and your data radio, then configure the SDR to record data and resume recording should power fail. Should you lose some data to a link failure, simply visit your site, remove the SDR's CompactFlash card, and replace it with another card.
